Real estate financing by banks

In addition to the purchase price, you must provide for the payment of fees / taxes that add up to +/- 7% of the purchase price (2% for transfer of the property + 2/3% of land registry fees + 2% of the deed registration ). The brokerage commission of real estate agents (+/- 6%) is already included in the sale price.

For foreign, non-resident customers, Brazilian banks do not accept mortgage financing. foreigners have to question the bank abroad to obtain mortgage financing.

For residents in Brazil, it would be possible to finance the property.
