2 - Assistance for Brazilians when buying a property:

  • Verification of the property and owner documentation (consultation of registration with SERASA, verification of negative certificates, etc.);
  • Preparation, analysis and monitoring of signal receipt, promise of purchase and sale and / or final deed;
  • Registration of the deed (s) with the competent Real Estate Registry Office (RGI), transfer of ownership of the property at City Hall, condominium (if any) and electricity company;
  • Full monitoring until the delivery of the property and issuance of the client's possession.

3 - Assistance for foreigners in the purchase of a property:
