The Hotel Fazenda for sale is located in the tourist region of Itatiaia, between Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Belo Horizonte, equidistant from both the access to Pico das Agulhas Negras and the main entrance to Itatiaia National Park, one of the most beautiful areas of environmental preservation from the country. It is also close to other tourist locations such as São Lourenço and Caxambu (MG), Penedo, Visconde de Mauá and Usina do Funil (RJ) and also Aparecida do Norte and Serra da Bocaina (SP), the hotel's architectural complex is in the middle to a green area of 7 million m2, intersected by trails and dirt roads that provide magnificent walks, including the lake formed by the Paraíba river at the Funil dam.
