São Benedito Farm, located in the 1st District of Rio Claro – RJ; with a Total Area of ​​240 Hectares – 2.400.000m²; with colonial structures, Colonial House and Eucalyptus plantation, being: 5,78 Hectares of Eucaliptus Grandis; 2,62 Hectares of Eucalyptus Urograndis; 6,66 Hectares of Eucaliptus Grandis; 4,89 Hectares of Eucaliptus Urograndis; it has an abundant water resource, springs and Native Forest. Central house, where the owners' house is located (photos below), an old renovated house and several other improvements, some from the period, others more recent, which are being used by the employees. Some of these, however, should serve for future projects (research base, visitor center, etc.). The farm also has a kennel for 5 dogs, leased pasture areas and a 850-meter-long cycle path, around an existing dam that the owner intends to rebuild. The property has paved access from its gate (photo below), in addition to fences at its limits. The sewage treatment system is a septic tank and solid waste collection is carried out by the Municipality of Rio Claro at reasonable intervals. The energy source is electrical and supplied by the Ligth company. The property also has an infrastructure for the production of seedlings of native species of the Atlantic Forest, with a greenhouse (photo below), a support house and a flowerbed, where all the preliminary activities for the nursery are carried out. The average production of production is around 40.000 seedlings per year, since 2009.
