PURCHASE MANDATORY: for the mandatory purchase, purchase intermediaries, after a first contact, we proceed as follows
1 – STEP… PARTNERSHIP AND CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT-NCDA… (ALL CIS DATA)
2- STEP… LETTER OF PURCHASE INTENT – LOI (LETTER OF INTENT)
3rd STEP…. IN-person MEETING THE MEETING WILL BE SCHEDULED ONLY AFTER SENDING THE PURCHASE INTENT LETTER
THE SELLER WILL ANALYZE, AND THEN, CAN ISSUE AND SIGN “AN INVITATION LETTER FOR A PRESENT MEETING .
PROOF OF FUNDS (PAYING BANK) MAY BE PRESENTED AT THE MEETING.
